BOOKSHOP is a scientifically research-based reading program and instructional framework that combines high-quality student literature with professional development support in the form of explicit teacher resource materials.

BOOKSHOP provides teachers with all the tools they need to carry out precise, personalized, and professional instruction for all students.

The BOOKSHOP Reading Program is aligned to the five elements of reading as identified by the National Reading Panel; phonemic awareness, phonics/word study, vocabulary, comprehension, and fluency, and adds a crucial sixth element oral language.
