School Orders
To place an order using a school purchase order or a check please call us
directly at (888)-88-MONDO or fax us at (888)-532-4492.
School orders are accepted two ways:
Authorized School Purchase Orders (sorry, verbal orders not accepted).
School Purchase Orders must be faxed to 888-532-4492 or sent via regular mail.
Upon receipt of P.O.s orders will be shipped.
MONDO Order Form with payment.
Personal Orders
Personal orders must include payment by or credit card (VISA or MasterCard;
minimum credit card order $15). Credit card orders must include card number, signature,
and expiration date.

Net 30 days for all purchase orders.

We use UPS Ground Shipment. If you require expedited shipments, please call
888-88-MONDO 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
Shipping Charges:
$1 to $500: Add 10%
$501 +: Add 8%
Minimum shipping charge $5.00

Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you are in any way not satisfied, you may return all
unused merchandise within thirty (30) days. Returns must be authorized by calling the
Mondo Customer Service Department toll-free at 888-88-MONDO for an authorized return number.
